Default Coolant Drip from block

I just rebuilt the upper half of my Disco ('98 50th Anniversary 4.0L V8) complete with new camshaft. PO really messed everything up. PO had used water in the radiator because of a blown head gasket. He was leaking so he simply refilled with water. When I got the Disco, temperatures dropped below freezing and blew out one of the expansion plugs. So, I replaced about 4 of them. The four I have replaced - along with the head gasket, are not leaking. But, after filling up the radiator, I am dripping very badly on the driver's side close to the front portion of the block, about the front middle on the side in the neighborhood of the expansion plugs.

The question is: Are there drain plugs here? There are a series of bolts that run down the side of the block and I have no idea what they may be (Note: Not the engine mounts). I have searched and I believe there are supposed to be drain plugs on the block. Is this true? And, if so, where? If my leaks are not the expansion plugs, and the new head gasket is not leaking (Which, it was prior to my replacing the head gaskets), then where could the dripping be coming from?

I have not necessarily been able to localize the drips. For one, I can't get my face up close enough because it is dripping coolant everywhere. I will try and look bit more later once I get proper safety goggles.
