Default Drain cooliant completely from engine block

I need to know how to drain all the fluid out of the engine block. Please let me know if the hose that attaches to the water pump is the lowest point to let the coolant drain out completely or if there is a plug that I need to remove in the engine block.

I have a '97 Discovery I. 192,000.
I am burning radiator fluid. White smoke out of tail pipe. I am going to put a block/ gasket sealing liquid in the coolant system hopefully to buy me a little more time.

As for drain the system, pull the pet-**** on the bottom of the radiator.

Default Coolant draining

There is no petcock at the bottom of the radiator. The only way to drain it is to take the bottom passenger side hose off. It does not completely drain the radiator tho.
Is there a way of draining the engine block also. Where would the lowest point on the engine where the block can be drained? The product has some type of glass in it that hardens when left in when it dries.

Default Coolant draining

I am using a product from K&W Nanotechnology called Permanent Head Gasket & Block Repair. I hope this will work to seal up the crack or head gasket leakage.
What do you think about this product? It has Sodium Silicates, Water, Copper flake and Aluminum paste.

I have an '03 and '04 Disco. The '03 has had the dreaded cylinder 6 coolant leak. I used the K&W product and got 38k miles on the repair. Unfortunately, I now have #4 cylinder coolant issues and will try again. The coolant must be completely clear (Grey Goose Vodka clear) for it to work. The product will not fix the valley pan gasket leak (that was the '04 truck

had a guy that used the mineral stuff. Turned the radiator to a block of minerals and the small lines filled up and snapped. And after cleaning it the radiator was still leaking as was the head gaskets.
