Since the first day I got these tires, they have leaked.numerous returns to have them cleaned and sealed did absolutely no good. I was finally told I needed new rims to fix the problem. 3 years later (I don't drive it al the time) I was resolved to filling the tank, and the tires about twice a week.

I tried some stuff called TireJect On-Road Automotive Tire Sealant and after a week, tires are holding air!! It is a water based sealant so it won't mess up the rims like some of the others, and most of all, It works!! Not affiliated with them, but hopefully done with adding air every few days!!

 

That's awesome - thanks for the tip! I've had the very same issue with my Cooper Discoverers and actually have a flat right now. I'll definitely try this.

 

Almost 2 weeks, and a shift of 50 degrees in temperatures and today I added 3 PSI in the tires I added the stuff to. considering the colder temps, that is not too bad! the other tires I had to add 15 psi to after the cold weather shift. Might have to add some sealant to the other 2 tires now..
