Question Which crank sensor?

Ok,
I have a 1998 engine in my '97 and I think the crank sensor/wiring is flaky. Hit puddle in driveway at >10 mph or rain overnight sputters and can't get over 10-15 mph. After a bit and it warms up, runs great again.

Anyway, which one do I need? PC714 (Standard Motors) or a ERR6119? Both on Amazon.

ERR6119

PC714

ERR6119 is the correct part number.

Good. That's the one I ordered.

Planning on it curing stumble/sputter after wee puddle at driveway speeds and when wet prior to starting.

check the wiring first. both gems trucks i've owned had insulation damage that caused those problems. Seems the wiring for the crank sensor is only good for 15ish years

I've been under the impression that Standard PC579 would also be correct. I CANNOT however verify that.

Can someone please shoot a picture of where the crankshaft sensor is on these vehicles? I'm beginning to wonder about mine. RAVE isn't much help on the location of this. Just some arrows of where to start looking for it on the car.
