Hi,
I have a 1999 Disco 1 and I am having a problem with shutting down my engine. So what happens is, if I have my headlights on and the engine running normally, when I press the brake and turn the key off, the engine will keep running until I turn my headlights off or release the brake pedal. Something super weird is happening and I didn't know if anyone has ran into this issue before?

 

For how long have you owned the truck? Any recent work done?

 

I've owned it for about three years now. And no recent work done.

 

Do you have daytime running lights? If not, is it possible someone recently jammed a relay in an unpopulated relay plug on the drop down tray in the passenger footwell?
