Default D2 body panel fit the same on D1

I can get a D2 cheap for parts... BUT.. are the D2 body panels fit the same on the D1? Mainly the fender and the hood.
Anyone anyone?

All body panels, including doors, are different except hood.

IDK about fitment, but the raised ridge on the hood is different between D1/D2.

I think the cargo door is the same, but I think the interior handle placement is different.

Rear door, close but not close enough.

Hood is different in that the DII has hood mounted windshield washer jets whereas the DI doesn't. The hinges are exactly the same. The hood, not really.
