Thanks everybody for the help. I did the fix and cleaned up the gunk and now I have dash lights.... yippie but I unfortunately forgot that copper u shaped piece and while I was playing with the lights I noticed the brights wouldn't stay on so I'm hoping I put that piece back in and I'll be back in business. Thanks again for the help everyone.

 

Got that little piece in and now my brights are back up and running. Thanks again guys.
