D1 Eddie is finally dealing with rover electrical issues


So I checked my grounds, took apart my dash and wiggle tested the harnness , I am tired and hopefully some one can chime in so I can fix it myself.


It's a 96 d1 disco every thing was working great this last trip and then I hit pavment and lost the dash light & gauges also Windows will no longer roll down , never had this issue before.

I found one wire that may have shorted (with 5 amp fuse non popped)
Also I have checked my fuses they all have power.

Hit the trail around 7am got home at 5 ,I'm spent on energy but determend to fix this asap and correctly so it never happens again .


Kinda wanted to be ready for next weekends trip , but really enjoy knowing my fuel level and temp also having check engine lights is kinda cool.
