Defender 110 2010 parts that match disco I 1998
Hello everyone, need your advice!! is there any parts from a Defender 110 2010 that can fit a Disco 1 1998 4.0?, i heard shocks and springs can fit along with other suspention parts!!
Thanks, the Defender is located in Mexico, not the US, Land Rover dealer in Mexico is selling/importing New 90 and 110 Defenders from 45.00 dlls and up since 2010 it, this one was involved in a bad accident and the exterior is very damaged but the rest is in good shape, i want to buy some parts for my DI when stripped if they fit of course.
LOL-you guys must not see many 110s.
The rear springs are likely much larger in diameter. It likely has a Salisbury rear axle that while the entire axle is interchangeable, none of the guts are. I know that the spring perches from my Salisburys were much larger in diameter than the original springs on my SWB.The front axle is more like the P38/DII axle than a DI.

I havent seen a 110 newer than an 1985 hahah
Yeah because we are in the US and there are zero 2010 Defenders hear let alone any 110's so we should have known straight away that the 2010 Defender 110 had different sized springs, I mean it is after all common knowledge right?
How many 110's have you seen in person Spike?
110's, three or five, two to three 109's, a dozen 90's, tried to buy a 88", admired a couple more 88's.
