Discovery body parts compatibility: fenders? Do the Disco 1's match the 2's?

Title says it all, probably already hashed out here.
Will a fender from the pre-02 fit and match the 2nd discovery series?

This question is hard to follow.

Series 1 is 1990-1999
Series 2 is 1999-2004

The fenders on a 2000 D2 will fit on a 2004 D2, etc.

D1 and D2 body panels are not interchangeable. (for the most part)
