Just for grins guys, swap a known working switch with your rear one see if its just a switch

I was watching a video on youtube which showed them operating the windows with the Hawkeye unit, and checking out the switches with the same unit.

Are the rear windows looked out? Mine was resolder a joint on the window ecu think that is a common fix

Wish I knew the hawkeye was so inexpensive and can reset the ecm values I would have bought one when I was stuck on high idle

Faultmate is about the same price and has been said to be more powerful.

Faultmate looks to be the ultimate but also looks to be over the $1k mark, or at least twice the price of the Hawkeye unit.
as for the windows, they may have to wait for spring as it is a balmy 15 degrees outside right now. Glad they are in the closed position!!

I recently installed the Torque app on my android phone and purchased a bluetooth OBD II scanner on Amazon. Sounds crazy but for less than $30 total it sure does a heck of a lot of stuff. It is also programmable with custom PID's and I'm wondering now where to get the info on PID's for my Rover. The warning screen says to not mess around with that function unless you know what you're doing so it sounds like it's fairly powerful.

There must be other's out there using this app.
