After rewiring my speakers directly to the new head unit, I lost the functionality of the subwoofer. rear panel was falling off anyway so here's the new one....going to be adding some features to it: magnet strip for tools. some brackets to hold jack tools.

 

very shiny. i used the one from Cloumbia Overland. PO blew the subs and i didn't care to replace them and all that vinyl was getting beat up. here is what mine looks like.

 

Nice. Where did you get the brackets for the maglite?

 

I like them both. Did you fab the diamond plate one or buy it?

Saw a magnetic parts dish at the Advance Auto Part or Harbor freight the other day.

I had placed a magnet in a steel mixing bowl the last time I worked on my Rover just to toss the bolts and stuff into. Worked great.

I have a four way lug wrench that would mount nicely to a diamond plate panel.

I should be able to buy a scrap piece cheap in the Pittsburgh area.

 

I made the diamond plate one. Found a piece on eBay for $30. Used self tapping screws

 

I like it. REALLY LIKE IT.
