Default Discovery 1 tail lights bottom bulbs not working

1997 disco 1, 178k,

my tail lights bottom row of bulbs on both sides do not work. So it goes top tail/brake light, turn signal, reverse light, then bottom brake light.

im not great at electrical other than fuses, and I’ve checked them all already. Are there any relays that could’ve gone bad or am I just looking for grounded wires at this point. Any advice would be helpful thanks

also maybe this has something else to do with it, my front interior dome light, cigarette lighter, and some dash cluster buttons are not working.

That is the fog light location. With truck running and headlights on push the fog light switch and they should come on.

There are also two in the stock bumper. When all 4 of mine are on, very bright. Great for heavy rain or snow for the vehicles behind you.

Don’t sweat it Wilson, I never knew about the rear fogs either.
