When I use the remote to lock, all doors lock except front passenger. Periodically the alarm goes off, I guess it senses an open/unlocked door? Where to start on my ‘97 D1. The door does opens, closes and stays shut in the normal sense. Thanking in advance.

Does the passenger door lock when you manually push down on the driver's side door lock? Possibly a bad actuator?

 

maybe you have a wiring problem
