Default Easy fix for a hard to diagnose issue

Hey guys.
I picked up a discovery one that would run sometimes for days and sometimes for 10 seconds.
The fuel pump plug was loose.
Check yours if your are having issues with intermittent stalling or not running.

Loose connections are actually quite common and solve a hell of a lot of problems. People replace stuff unnecessarily often when the issue is 20 year old brittle plastic not doing its job connecting. I had the common “window won’t go down” issue and it wasn’t poor or old solder, it was that the dongle into the ecu wasn’t properly seated. Wiggling it was my diagnostic method.

Still running strong!
I even sold my 2006 jeep wrangler, the Rover is better in every way. More fun, better looking and the women LOVE the Discovery. Complements everywhere I go.
