Exclamation electric fan help

neither of My electric fans ever turn on. when engine is hot, or when the a/c is on, nada worky. I depend mostly on the fact that it does not turn on with the a/c. since this disco rarely gets over 198F. All fuses look good and fans turn fairly free. Where to go from here?
Temp sensors,
ECU
Relay
Motors bad? I know they are Toyota corolla motors
I also plan to install a manual switch to turn them on for the future but would like them to auto operate

any help is appreciated.
Im dropping in a new nissen radiator and 180 tstat tomorrow and would like to keep my new radiator pampered.

Thanks AGAIN

1996 DISCO SD
169K
new trans, running nice
and clean for a disco!!

New fans. Check to make sure they are getting power when the AC is on but more than likely the motor crapped out. I have one of mine that needs to be replaced too.

1. Fans should come on at any temp when AC is turned on.

2. Fans should spin freely even if not powered.

3. Wire to fans is at top of radiator frame, above battery.

4. There is a relay involved.

I'll check voltage at connectors with a/c on and report back. Is it complicated to remove the fan assembly? And what should I know. Definitely going to carefully clean the grid behind fan before reinstall. I have 2 Toyota corolla motors on hold $44.99 each.....
thanks
