Electrical gremlins have struck-HELP!
I suddenly have no dash lights or tail lights..
I have headlights (so its not the multifunction control)
I have turn lights (so its not the tail light assemblies)
I have reverse lights (as above)
I have brake lights (so its not burnt out bulbs)
I have aux fogs when switched on.
Not only are the tail light running lights out, but the bumper lights are out as well..
I have checked the likely fuses in the main panel, are there others hidden somewhere else I'm missing?
Ideas?

I would get into the wiring diagrams, start tracing back from each component that is malfunctioning, and see if you can find anything they have in common. You might have to start checking connectors and things for corrosion, or just bad connections.
Did you tow anything recently? On domestic cars at least the dash lights are tied into the trailer wiring to notify the driver if a fuse is blown for the running light on the trailer.
Unfortunately I've only owned a land rover for 2 days now but maybe this gives you a place to look.

When mine did that, it was a broken glovebox light fixture randomly shorting the fuse.
RANDOMLY - drove me nuts for weeks - don't remember the fuse#, but I unplugged the light two years ago.
luck,greg

May have a lead.. My driver side brake light is out. (so much for the buddy helping me.... "oh yeah they're on"). I pulled the bulb holder out and there is some corrosion on the contacts.. Maybe I have some shorting issues or something of that nature.
good rule for your rover: never rule something out because "other things" are working. for example plenty of us have dealt with bad headlight switches but that doesn't mean everything that the switch controlled did not work, I would deal with each component and each circuit individually.
