Electrical problem
If no volts between 100 amp fues and metal frame of truck or negative (-) battery terminal, check wire from plus battery terminal (+) that runs to front corner of fuse box. Very short, less than 2 feet long. Connector at battery terminal end can get corroded or come apart. That wire carrys battery volts to the 100 amp main fuse.
Just keep in mind that 99.99% of the time, the problem is not merely that the fuse blew, rather the question is why did the fuse blow?
A blown fuse acted properly by blowing when the current exceeded the rated limit.
A fractured or corroded fuse is different than a blown (melted) fuse element.
If you replace the fuse and it blows again, you need to resolve the cause, since the blown fuse is an effect.
Cause versus effect. Resolve the cause instead of merely addressing the effect. A fuse is a safeguard to prevent bigger problems.

So park the Rover in a nice open space, wrap the blown fuse in aluminum foil or copper strands and put it back in, allow some gas to leak from it, stand back a good distance and send it on to the Rover Gods in a blaze of glory!!!
