The Advanced Auto here hands you the code reader and you check it out yourself unless you ask for help. The reader allows you the option to reset. I had the same P1446 or whatever code one time, reset it and it has not come back yet.

Also download the RAVE manual, it has tons of useful info such as component locations, theory of operation explanations and removal procedures, reassembly is usually the reverse of removal.
