Default Engine removal update

Rad is out, looks as though it needs a small leak fixed. I had not noticed it until I pull the radiator out.

Fan was easy to remove

Wiring harness removal really helps you understand how this motor works. I seriously thing everybody should remove an engine wiring harness and coil pack so you get a grasp on how really simple this motor is.

I pulled the intake plenum off as per the rave. six bolts etc pops right off.....It looks as though a small bead of sealant needs to be applied.

I am at a stopping place for now until the flexplate comes.

I cant get to the TC bolts as the reluctor ring is in the way so it looks as though I will need to pull the TC out with the engine attache to the motor.

I ordered a new crank shaft sensor from rock auto paid for overnight shipping. FEDEX claims to have left it by the door but wifey was home all day...(her car is the landy) it never showed...........claim has been filed.....what a pisser

with the plenum off the velocity stack look cool as hell. To bad it can stay like that.

After you remove the coil pack you can see the top of the bell housing and the bolts........It looks very simple to undo......

Did you check your other doors?
How about the garage? Did you check there too? The porch? Breezeway?
I get "claims" all the time from people saying they never got their package when in fact they did, they just didnt look hard enough.
Inside the screen door?
Behind the flower pot on the front step?

Really nice, 350-600k homes well established, private security off duty cops.

Fedex tend to leave stuff everywhere...

Once they put a package inside a car I was working on here... didn't find it until a week later... Would be nice if they at least left a note as a heads up...

And they let you have a old Land Rover?

Those are the worse neighbor hoods to deliver too, everyone thinks they are better than you because you're "just a delivery guy".

Is there another street near by with the same name as yours?
You live on Park Place BLVD and 2 blocks over there is a Park Place Drive for example?

We try to leave stuff where it will not be seen so it cant be stolen.
We are supposed to leave delivery notices on the door that say where we left the package, back door, garage, neighbor, etc.

While you have it all out, how old are youy O2 sensors? You would have great access to them now.

All O2 sensors were replaced in December. When she ran she ran great.

Fedex delivered the package to 7815 instead of 7715......the home owners just came to our door with the box........

LOL, Yes they let me have all kinds of old cars here. matter of fact they always borrow one of my toys for our 4th of july parade or other happenings.....

I am pulling the motor in my garage so no biggie.
