So what condition is this "new " engine in? Why are you swapping engines? You may be going from bad to worse, and if you only have $150 in the budget, that don't sound very good.
What about the serp belt? Plugs, Plug Wires? Fluids?

the new motor got 110k and i know it is a good motor since i drove it before i pull the motor but on the other hand the one in my rover got little over 200k on it and i am thinking it mite have a blown head gasket and other issue with
Wait until your budget allows you to do the job right the first time if at all possible. You will want to do the hoses and clamps along with fresh coolant at the very least, not to mention an oil change, and probably a basic tune up. How about fixing any leaks on the "new" engine before it goes in? I bet the valve covers could use gaskets, the intake bolts are probably loose, etc. Should have the radiator checked over as well. $150 won't get you very far.
