Need help urgently, engine won't start, fuel pump is ok, has a new coil, but 12v going into coil and 3 volts going out to ignition module. All relays and fuses are ok. Could this be from the immobiliser? If so, how do i fix this?

 

We kinda need to know the year.

 

And the make/model of the vehicle.

I'm going to guess, based on the description of the problem.... 95 and older disco 1. With black tires and raised white letters. or maybe whitewalls. I recommend getting the RAVE from one of those ^^^^^ guys' signature links. There is a pretty diagram of how to troubleshoot the crappy lucas ignition system.

I also recommend updating your signature to list the year, make, and model of your truck. Or at least telling us what it is when you ask.
