I hope you got the TF light load springs.
Why would you go with the light load springs?
I have a TR front bumper and a winch and I load a ton of crap in the back of my Disco I.
Was planning on getting the mediums all around, should I go with light?

On springs just be sure the static weight load matches your use or you get to much lift and bad ride, iirc the different mfg rate their spring different like medium tf is HD in ome

If you're keeping the sway bars I'd go light. Even "light" is much firmer than stock. It'll ride smoother, sit a tad lower for 245/75, and articulate with more even tire pressure.

Yup. My trail truck rides pretty rough unloaded, but rode like a Cadillac with 3 people, all our camping gear, and three bikes on a hitch rack. HD RTE springs.

TF light = OME medium, which is something like 2.5x stock rate.

Wow – Thanks for all the feedback, especially since it’s a big investment for me. I especially liked the pics, nice set up with both sizes.

I just finished installing a 2” TerraFirma medium lift last night, notable improvement over original suspension (anything would be) and it now handles like a completely different vehicle, and gone is the high speed death wobble. It looks funny with 235’s, …but not too awkward.

After everything here’s how I’m leaning: I like the look of 235’s and the off road advantage they offe, ,but if I use them I would re-gear first. There were too many, “ I went from stock to big and lost performance” posts here and elsewhere. Given I want to maintain performance, I’m not re-gearing at the moment, and the look with the 245 is still good, I will be going after 245/75-16. Thinking about Destination A/T's.

Will post a pic.

I didn't mention it earlier, but this Disco is sitting on TF-HD +2" springs, OME HD Shocks, Polybush Red Bushings all around and the ride doesn't totally suck.

Looks like you need more weight on the front

What is this "performance" people keep talking about?? It's a Land Rover Discovery. It's a big heavy brick on wheels with an underpowered engine.
Get the 235/85 tires and a decal that says "you can go fast, I can go anywhere".
