He's got a crapped cheapo viscous, it's staying coupled far too long or it's hit and miss when it does decouple. A Disco is not a DC10, never fly cuz it's a brick.

Swapped fan clutches yesterday; purrs like a kitten. Thanks ihscouts and everyone else for their input!
