Angry disco 1 left rear running light not functioning.

My 1995 discovery 1 has been having an issue with its left brake light, running light and the additional running light in the bumber. It is only the left side. I fixed the brake light problem ( it was a fuse), but the running light on that side is still not working. I checked all the bulbs and contacts and they are in perfect condition. I have no clue what the issue could be. I also checked to see if it was that weird thing where the glove box light would short out the lights, and that light is fine. Any info is appreciated.

There is a ground lug on the left side "D" pillar, level with the window sill. There will be several black wires since that is also a splice location. Check that, it's behind the speakers trim panel. Corrosion, separated lug, broken wires, etc....
