fender flare fit?

Default fender flare fit?
do the disco 2 and newer flares fit the disco 1? if so how are they removed?

They do fit. IIRC part of the rear flares have to be swapped sides or something. Typically people use heat and fishing line to cut through the tape.

thanks do the disco 2 bumpers also fit disco 1?

OK i PICKED UP A SET OF THE disco 2 flares today and do not see how they can fit, by the look of it the disco 1 wheel wells are much smaller?

anyone that has done this please chime in

Takes cutting to make them fit

No. Otherwise I would have bought a Greg Davis bumper on Dweb.

The point of using D2 flares is usually to run bigger tires and open up the wheel wells, so trimming is needed.
Some front bumpers will fit both D1's and D2's.

ugh well at least they were free, not looking to go big tire and cut my wheel wells, couldn't you just swap the front fenders with a d2 or they don't fit either?

You could just not use the fender flares.
Or try to track down some rare D1 fender trim.
