Default Running Rich, LTFT -18?!

I was monitoring my truck tonight and realized the long term fuel trim (LFTF) was -18 (+/- 1.5) regularly even once the truck was heated up. Is this how Rovers run or a bad O2 sensor?

Do people usually tune this out? Should I worry about this? It just seems to be wasting fuel if this is how it normally runs.

Thanks!
