My 95 does not have the wiring or connectors.

I'm not certain if all 95 models have fog lights. Seems like they would have included the pigtail for them all though. I'm going to install mine today hopefully. I planned on having to run wiring to a switch but that will be cool if the pigtail is there.

Mine obviously didn't have front fog lights. But I guess someone installed the front bar with lights. I guess they were never wired up.

If you only knew how often that happens! LOL.
Here's what I would do. Shoot Paul Grant a message and ask him for the stock Fog light switch that goes next to the the Cruise switch and the pigtail for it. Find the pin out diagram and wire up the stock switch for your new fog lights. Draw power right from the battery and add a fuse in line. Use a relay. Tap into power for the parking lights to backlight the switch.
Back when I had a bunch of lights I set mine up like so. Nice and sano!
