Default Font brakes locking up.

I have just replaced my brake booster and master cylinder, out of a box of free parts, because brake pedal was on the floor. Brakes worked great after flushing and bleeding lines. But after a little while the front braks started to lockup. I have been told to try adjusting M/C push rod, but how do I do that I'm petty handy with wrenches so that's not a problem. What else should I look for to remedy this problem. Any help would be appreciated it's a 1996 disco 1 SE7

Default Manual

told to try adjusting M/C push rod, but how do I do that
Do you know how to use a manual? This one is available for download at no cost and may help.

There may be other alternate ways to adjust but manual indicates it's done by spacer. Merry fixin' and have no clue whether that will help.
