I’m trouble shooting my ac system. I’m in need of a passenger side footwell really diagram for a D1 1997.

Im missing a relay and can find out what it’s for. I have the rave and a few other guides but can’t a diagram for the life of me.

I have attached Pic. This is of the hinges relay holder on the us passenger side.

 

Is this a North American truck? I ask because some relays in your pic are not present in RAVE for a NAS vehicle.

Jump into the link in my signature. Look among the D1 manuals for the 97 electrical trouble shooting manual. Then move to page 492 in that manual to see a layout of the relays. Take note of the captions "(Except NAS)" vs. "(NAS)"

If it is a non-NAS truck it looks like you are missing "K101 A.B.S. Load Relay"

If it is a NAS truck it looks like you are missing "K103 A.B.S. Warning Relay" AND "K109 Condenser Ran Relay"

 

And if you are still having a problem with your AC be sure to cycle the switch about a million times to take tarnish off the tangs inside it. I had mine not work and I had to cycle it and press really hard and then cycle it and so on to get it to work. I eventually cleaned the switch itself which is a huge pain to get out and now it works fine. The relay will not trip if the switch is bad or corroded as mine was.
