For all you with horrible mileage, what have you done to correct it? Before you think about chips, which are usually a waste of money do the following. Air all your tires to 40 pounds, replace your air filter, change your plugs and wires, make sure to use 8mm wires, only run 91 plus octane, do an induction cleaning and run a can of B&G's 44K thru your tank, then look at your mileage.
Surprising what a good tune will do.

Looks like there are 3 of us in this thread using the FS1, the FS3 is the newer version.

to do that as well.
I get
16 city and 20 hwy with my 33" tires. I have them all 4 aired up to 40 psi, I have run 4 cans of 44k through my rig in the past year. 1 every 3 months. Getting ready to do the FI service and replace the fuel filter which looks like it has not been done in some time. I have also repacked the bearings recently and put a thinner weight oil in all 3 diffs in hopes of getting the gears all cleaned up and any debris loose from the internal housing, but am getting ready to put the thicker stuff in with BG MGC in both front and rear and the LSII in the center diff. Not sure if this will effect my mileage.
Being a tech I am always striving for better mpg the natural way. I only chip if I have to. From what I have read about the chips is they take fuel away at cold start which is where our engines suck up the most fuel. As long as there is no power loss at higher rpms I am generally all for it.
