It gets better, The shop couldnt try anything because it could not access OBD 2.
Holy ****, After doing a lot more research I found out that inorder to swap a ECU you must also swap the ALARM MODULE. If you do not, It wont start and the OBD will not read. So I went back to the wrecker and he sold me the alarm module from the same car for 20 bucks, I swapped the ECU and the alarm module, The truck STARTS, and Runs like a CHAMP!!!!! OBD works Everythign is great, I think my ecu geting wet at the last 4x4 trip caused most of the damage. I am so happy to have this figured out, I feel like I know this motor inside and out.
Thank you all for your help... YOU ALL HAVE DONE SO MUCH!!!!!!! I'm so glad I didnt give up.

Cheers,
Ryan

Awesome! Glad to hear it didn't have to go to the stealership, or worse the scrap yard. And thanks for reporting back. Now someone else will be able to save themselves a lot of heartache when they run into this issue.
