I will no longer be offering regulator rollers, used parts or remanufactured parts. Anyone interested in purchasing my roller molds for the Snap-In and Solids are welcome. I will be happy to give instructions. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Cosmo88 feels it is more important to talk crap to other members instead of consentrating on helping others. Just really tired of the negative attitudes. Some folks are on thier high horse and believe they are the only ones that can try and help out others. Nonsense really. I was always tought that if you want to learn something you have to fully immerse yourself in the subject. Instead we have members that want to call names, belittle and be imiture really. Have enough of that in the ARMY, do not need it as my hobby too. The story goes is that I had researched the ECU, tore it all apart, identified all the components and cicuits. Well the PCB has printed pin numbers for each pin. Unfortunetly Land Rover decided to use made-up pin numbers in literature that do not match the ones printed on the PCB. This seems strange to me, becouse I work with PCB boards daily. We will use the part as reference over written literature becouse of the mistakes in transfer. Oh- well, tried to tell my side of the story and Cosmonaut88 brought it back to reality. Too involved. I'll continue making plastic rollers and refurbished parts, but will only have them on Ebay. I enjoyed most people on this site, but for the ones who have a communication problem. They are definitly crutches to this forum. Those folks need to ask themselves, What have you provided the Land Rover Community?

Exactly!!! I will forever blame myself if you sell your truck

But seriously, I'll even point you in the direction of a free copy of all the LR shop manuals. The link in my signature is the place to find it all. If your connection is good download the 590 Mb file and you will be all set.

Exactly my point. This must be the forum for grades 1 through 5. Grow up, be professional and show some damb honor in yourself and those around you. Really President. Already have them. You missed my point by a long shot.

Guys, f'n chill out. Not everyone gets along, we're all grown up enough to know that. That doesn't mean people need to go and troll every thread and flame eachother on a damn rover forum. Both of you have great knowledge to share with the rest of us so just stop. Kiss and make up or just keep your flaming to pm's.

Who the hell cares what someone else thinks or says?
If you have a idea try it, if it does not work then dont tell others to try it too.
If someone else has already tried that or has a better way of doing something and they share their knowledge great, if their idea does not work either then thats fine too.
I am under the impression that those who have had Rovers the longest know the most because they have probably been then done that bought the t-shirt.
I get attacked all the time, hell, there are people out there who do nothing other than go after the ones with "power".
Get over it, we dont all have to agree, we dont all have to be right and no one of us knows every thing there is to know about these stupid trucks.
What works for you may or may not work for others.
If you feel like you are being attacked, ignore it, if it continues or gets personal send me a PM and bring it to my attention.
If you cannot handle constructive criticism get over it.
We are all "adults" just trying to help one another so lets all be "adult" about everything.

I've only been a member of this fine forum for a short time. Especially considering the amount of time others have been here I am still yet a "newb"..

In any case, I don't read every post here, so I've probably missed the "fight" - Compaired to "religious" discussion forums this site is safe-n-sane. You'd think that "christians" would have a common ground of "agape (unconditional love) and share level so civility - not so. I've long since abandonded discussions on those types of forums. Which is why I gravitate to forums like this. Where we all share a reality based on our beloved, and sometimes frustrating joy of our "RIGS".

I have a slight experience, of feeling talked down too here. But I chaulk it up to lack of ability to communicate and/or the anonymity shrouded behind the posting of advice and questions. Not to mention the fact that most of us here are men, at which point you add the male "ego" to the equation. Add a 6pack and I am sure we've all "been there done that".

In any case, it's not cool seeing someone bow out, especially someone with so much knowledge, and willing to share that knowledge. I can only silently pray and hope "this too will pass" as everything does. I hope you stay and I hope all those involved will take a breather, as adigerol77 states - chill!!! -

This is an awesome forum - lots of people stumble here with their problems (me included) some only come when they have problems, some stay - I hope you stay!!

In Peace and Agape,
Trav....
