got another issue

my radio says cooe on it but nothing else

You unhooked your battery didn't you?
You need to enter the security code.
Should be in the stereo owners manual, otherwise you need to take it to the dealer and they can get you the code.

Or call a dealer. I believe they are going to ask you to fax the vehicle title and a photo ID, before they give you the code.
