got another issue HELP

Default got another issue HELP
tried the rear window fix with the jumper wire, didn't fix them now my fan doesn't work. Interior fan for ac/heater. Did I screw the pooch or what

sounds like you have the wrong wires.....maybe un-do what you did and start over.
