I believe it is two and four I should have written it down after I was done but I don't think I did.....might be harder to figure that out now. The vehicle isn't throwing any codes.

Don't quote me but I don't think so. Sounds like no fire in that cyl. Sorry, you said you changed your plugs and wires out already? Ok just saw you did already. Is it running rough? Prob since you've got wet plugs.

irratic idle...sputters and farts will die if you don't have one foot on the gas and one on the brake...I haven't driven it that way much I don't want to hurt the cats...tomorrow I am going to go buy the coil pack I believe....I really do think that is the problem but hey I could be wrong it isn't or should I say shouldn't be the ecm I already cleaned it out and put it back together....wasn't able to uplink with a scanner until I did that. but it isn't throwing any codes live data says an error in one of the o2 sensors but I do believe that is because of the gas being dumped throwing it off and so it is making the rest of the plugs rich as well...cross your fingers I bet the coil pack fixes it....I am being optimistic. this is a lot like troubleshooting a computer....I have learned so much in the last couple of weeks it is crazy but I am having a good time....would like to drive her soon....take my wife out she hasn't even sat in it yet.

That's right, I remember your ECM thread. Good luck. BTW, I haven't let my wife sit in the drivers seat, seat only moves forward and is a PITA to get back, that's my excuse.

Ok, I'm not sure if it's still made but OTC/MAC tools co branded a KVA tester, it looked like an older transistor radio with an extendable antenna that had a piece that wrapped around the plug wire. Can't find that right now but on the cheap, you can try this Amazon.com: Lisle 26900 Spark Plug Wire Tester: Automotive.

May not be a bad thing to start with, rather than just throwing more expensive parts at it.
