What are the best options for headlamp upgrades? And what is the medium best option?

Besides HID, these are one of the brightest I have seen and are cheaper than most high end bulbs at your local auto parts store.

First thing is to make sure your lenses aren't fogged and that you have full voltage (14+ with the engine running) at the bulbs.

I've spent the $$$ on the Super Duper Sylvainia's and they didn't last.
Do any of these last worth a poop??
