My 97 Disco the last few months has had an issue with the headlights sometimes when I turn them on the high beam indicator is lit,and if I try to switch them off it will not ,When it does this only the drivers light is on. I figured it was a relay that must have gotten wet and after a while with the heat on at the floor it would return to normal, it is becoming more frequent now and I am wondering if anyone elsehas had this issue and what they did to correct it .thanks

Have you tried replacing the bulbs yet?
Some times on cars when headlight bulbs start going bad they start doing weird things.

 

Go under the hood and check the big 30A fuse. I had something similar going on and and that was my issue. The fuse was almost burnt out, but still close enough for current to cross.
