Default Help: 26* adv timing at idle, 50* @ 2K rpm

We keep trying to get this thing running. 99 Disco 1 SD 4.0 engine. Hooked up a live scan to it today and these were the results. Rig has NO power, but good compression numbers.
With no distributor, we can't mess with timing and at 2600 rpm it shows 50* adv timing. What the heck is going on with this thing? MAF also showed low reading, so maybe bad MAF throwing it into limp mode or something?

MAF is a good possibility because of your fuel trims, Long Term is over 10% so the motor is running rich as seen by the Short Term FT being negative. The ECU can't correct the problem. Long Term should be under 10%. My Jeep 4.0 LTFT is 1.6% with over 200k. What codes are you getting? See if you can borrow a MAF to try out. Also I doubt your Intake Air is 169*F or 176*F.
