Do I buy new rotors and calipers for my truck or new suspension?

My front rotors are warped, I have a seized rear caliper and my wheel bearings could use repacking.
The kid in me wants new springs, the adult in me wants new brakes.
I do not have the money for both.

 

haha, just had this EXACT discussion with my wife tonight.

wife's vote- no wobble while stopping.
i have a feeling the rotors will win this one.
