ignition issue Disco 1
I have cyclinder 2 and 3 fire every now and then. I put new plugs and wires on it and flipped two of the coils around and the coil that runs them is still dead. I went through all the connectors and put Dielectric grease on all of them all the way up to the ECM. Have anyone else run across the problem like this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I have a 96 discovery one that a coil drops out. I have changed the coil, wires, plugs. I run a new wire from the ECM to see if it was in the wiring harness. When it starts up it will fire on all cylinder for about 15 seconds then drop out. Could the cam sensor be causing this problem or is it in the ECM. Thank you for your time.
