Default Im to try an e-fan conversion need help/info

I can figure out the wiring and such
I can figure out a mount.

what I have no clue about is what size/type/brand/number fans to run.

are the CFM ratings really accurate? And how many do I need to match stock?

I am sure that Rovers don't need much more cooling from the primary fan then a Jeep Cherokee they always want to run hot. I have along with many others used the fan off of a Ford Taurus anything from 96 up I believe has the dual speed single fans on them. That way the primary fan can run off a thermostat and you can manually engage the high speed side or even hook it up to come on with the AC. Usually pick one of them up for around $60 or so used and then a relay and adjustable thermostat at any Advance.
