Installed Treadwright Gurard Dogs 265/75
Looks SHARP man!!. I went with some 245 75 16 MTR's with my 2" lift and its great.............however I still want bigger. Rims look sharp. I just painted my rims black last weekend and they turned out AWESOME. I skuffed rims with steel wool...............Primered them with 2 coats grey fast drying primer...........Then shot them with 4 coats of SEMI-GLOSS Rustoleum Black spray paint.......then 2-3 coats of Clear coat spray paint after that was dry. I did this WITH tires on truck, they came out awesome. My truck now officially has NO shiney shi* on it. The black rims with the black painted Hood Bonnet and the black bumpers and door handles/trim/roof rack and then with the red paint looks sharp.
I used some primer and paint from home depo, I forgot the brand but it was the cheapest stuff I could find.
Thanks AKDisco.
I was thinking about 245/75 because I was afraid to go to big and run into problems with gearing and being able to flex. But I am very happy with the size.
The power loss is definatly noticeable and re-gearing would be ideal for these size tires, but money is tight and it drives fine for now.

agreed the HD TF kit is harsh if you don't have any heavy bumpers front and rear and a winch fitted. once you get that weight that it's craving it should ride normal.
Bumpers are going to added soon. Once school gets out I'm going to start building them. Hopefully that solves the problem.
Thanks AKDisco.
