Default integrated side molding for D1

Trying to track down the Integrated Side Molding for my D1... a tree decided to keep it on a night run a while back. I've got the original LRNA 94-95/019D 4/94 Accessory "vehicle gear" booklet. see photo for page scan... calls it Integrated Body Side Molding, STC8463. But all i'm finding looking that up is the non-wheel arch moldings (plain side molding). I realize it's long gone NLA, but still trying to track down a piece. I've only ever seen it on ONE other disco... it is a spongy rubber that is glued on. Any thoughts?

I've never seen these on a US spec D1. Not saying they didn't exist but you will likely need to look overseas.

These are larger than the one's you posted but they are an option:
