Well since you may have a lift, and larger tires the three easyist and cheapest things to do would be front bumper trim, camel cut, and disconnect sway bars. With that settup you should be able to do anything a jeep with 4-6" lift could do.

just wanted to tell you i contacted the previous owner and he confirmed what u had said and tould me he installed a terraferma 3 inch lift with heavey duty rear and med duty fronts also has w inch sppacers and longer trailiing arms so i think all i need to do is some addons like tires, winch/bumper my thing is i dont want to use the after market arb so what do i do will the disco 2 winch mount fit inbetween the front frame rails

Well with those springs and 1" spacers you should have about 3". The thing with lifts for these things is they come in light, med, and hd, they are all made to give just a slight lift with different loads. So when you put a hd lift on without the intended weight you get close to 3" cause you aren't weighing it down. The only company that I know of who does a true measured lift at different spring rates is rovertym.
