Left front window regulator

Left front window regulator

I removed the window regulator and fixed a broken roller. When I reattach the motor ( a new one old one had broken gear) does it matter what position the half moon gear on the regulator is in.

if the motor and regulator are installed you will use the switch to adjust the location where you can install the window back in the top track.
