Default Losing oil quite quickly after head gasket job

I recently did my head gaskets and now I am going through quite a bit of oil. I dont see it leaking on the ground so I assume its getting into the combustion chamber somehow. I also had valve stems done and the heads passed a vacuum test from the shop that resurfaced them.
any advice on how I should troubleshoot this?

My first suspect is valve stem seals. How do the plugs look?

I pulled 4 of the plugs and they were all really wet

Oil on the intake valves should be easy to see but will require some disassembly of the intake apparatus.

One of my early rebuilds burned a quart every 1000 miles. Turns out I did not seat the valve stem seals properly.

I pulled it apart but im not sure how to tell if they are in there properly or not. Should I take the whole intake off to try to see from the intake ports on the top of the heads?

Check if they lift up easily. Just pry up with a screwdriver or such.

If you take off the intake manifold, you can see the valves directly. Thanks for the photo.

just got back around to messing with this. the valve stem seals dont seem to be moving with a screwdriver. I've got a friend who has a tiny camera with a light that im gonna push through to the intake to see if I can see oil later today
was going through all the stuff left from the head gasket kit and I found these 8 big seals but I never saw any in the block when I tore it down. were these needed somewhere and I somehow missed them entirely? I looked through a whole bunch of atlantic british and a few other sites and cant seem to figure out what the heck they are and I dont see them in any diagrams in the RAVE either
