Talking Which Magnecore park plug wires?

Ok, not a lot of good info from searching. Disco Mike's "high mile maintenance" post says 8mm Magnecor/STI plug wires.

Atlantic British has 7mm as direct fit for the '98: Ignition Wire Set (Same Fit As Genuine Part # 87142) For Land Rovers And Range Rovers | Land Rover Engine Parts
And 8mm for the 95-96: Ignition Wire Set - Magnecor Performance Electrosports Wires - 8MM (RTC6551MAG28MM Same Fit As Part # 80196) - Land Rover ignition from Atlantic British

Lucky 8 (better prices, where I'm probably going to get them) doesn't specify wire diameter, though makes a differentiation between the 95-96 and later models. Autozone lists Bosch and Duralast replacement wires as 7mm.

Which to buy?

(Basic question...hoping for simple, straightforward answers for posterity's sake to help fill some of the gaps in the search engine. Me putting "park" instead of "spark" in the topic isn't going to help matters, either. Fail.)

Kingsborne
IGN 789 Kingsborne Spark Plug Wires
I use the 8mm
$33.76

I've used Kingsborne for 25 years or so. I tried a set of Magnecor and didn't see any difference in performance or wire life so see no reason to pay the 200% price premium (I got my Magnecor from Apex Performance).

8mm will last longer, but 7mm is a great improvement from aged old stock gray ones that are prone to insulation cracks and arcing to ground.

Ok, thanks for the input. I went with 8mm Kingsborne and Bosch platinum plugs.
