Manual Seats

I'm not getting any power to the passenger female switch connections. Swapped the seats over the weekend and the motors are good. I just rebuilt the switches and both are gtg. I swapped the switches to make sure. The relays and fuses under the driver seat appear fine. Only thing I noticed was that one of the relays was a bit warm. Not sure if that means that it's bad or that the other relay is not getting power.

I checked all the fuses.

Just to mention other electrical short comings just in case they are relevant:

The wiring harness for the radio is cut but all the wires are taped off

My cd changer is removed.

I burnt out the cig lighter last week with a loose piece of wire that fell in there without my knowledge. (that sucked)

Other than that my cb and stereo amp are all wired straight from the battery.

Electrical diagrams look like Japanese to me and I was really not looking forward to wrapping my thick melon around another electrical issue but if you have any suggestions I'd be grateful.
