Default Manual Sunroof leakage

97 Disco 1 Can you get new weatherstrips or seal for the sunroofs? neither seem to close all the way and leak every time it rains. Any ideas?

My rear was leaking for some time, i pulled out the headliner, which makes it really easy to remove the glass. Its four t20 torx bits. Once the glass it out the seal removes really easy. I cleaned it up really good and cleaned out the frame, and then used some super glue to secure it in position. and then reinstalled the glass and centered it up nicely. Its been raining here for three days and now its snowing, no leaking.

This thread is awesome, thanks for all of the information everyone!

QUESTION - does anyone have a photo of the manual crank screw? I’ve tried dozens of sizes of Allen wrenches and none of them seem to fit… When looking into the hole from underneath it seems hollow and I believe I may be missing the actual screw.

QUESTION 2 - when trying to activate my front sunroof nothing happens besides a clicking noise when pressing the close option; when toggling the sunroof to open there’s no movement as well as no sounds or clicking.

2003 LR2

Thanks!
